workout room hours

does anyone know what the hours of the gym on the wonder are?
i'm referring to the room that has the treadmills/etc. in it...
is it open 24/7?

I would like to know, too. I like to go pretty early so I have the whole day ahead of me not to worry about it.

Usually 6am - 10pm, but I believe on one day of our last cruise they didn't open until 8am.

thanks....that's not very early.....i wish it was 5 am....my club at home opens at 5 am...and the powerhouse i use when i'm in detroit is open 24/7....
6 to 10 is pretty lousy actually....
