Best way from Dolphin to Boma?

Were staying at the Dolphin in 2 weeks and have a dinner ADR at Boma. What's the best way to get there?

Walk or take the boat to DHS and take the bus to AKL from there.

While the PPs advise is ok, it can take a while. I would just get a cab. It might cost you 10 bucks, but it will get you there a lot faster.

What time is your reservation and what time does Animal Kingdom close? If the park is already closed, I'm not sure bus transportation TO the park is an option.

I'd take a cab. All the driver has to do is take Buena Vista Drive a short distance to World Drive, then take Osceola Parkway to the Lodge.

Just get a cab. Disney transportation will take you a long time!

Without taking a cab, this is the best option. Walking to DHS from the Dolphin will be about 15 minutes (take the bridge over towards the Boardwalk and turn right. Follow walkway all the way to DHS) Then catch a bus to AKL. On the way back, take a DHS bus and walk or boat back to the Dolphin.

Another option would be to bus to DTD and then catch the AKL bus there.

On the way back, you can take a bus from AKL to Downtown Disney and return on the bus from the depot. The nice thing about using a park or Downtown Disney as a hub is that each bus depot has great signage that labels each numbered stop. You're lucky to be the second stop on the Swan/Dolphin/Yacht/Beach/Boardwalk bus.

But yes, I agree that it's more convenient to take a cab directly. I give myself an hour if I'm looking to travel between resorts.
