You've gotta get a Dole whip float in Adventureland!!! Its one of only three places on the planet you can get one. Let's just say pineapple soft serve in fresh pineapple juice.
California Grill has a dessert called Bananas Butterscotch Buzz which is absolutely out of this world.
The 'Ohana bread pudding a la mode with Bananas Foster Sauce is so good it ought to come with a warning message. My two sons and I always end up eating two and run the risk of exploding.

OMG! What is this? Is the "buzz" coffee???
It doesn't have coffee in, so i'm not really sure what the buzz relates to. On the menu it's described as
Caramelized Bananas and Butterscotch Custard Stack with Caramel Sauce, Cocoa Nib and crunchy Plantain and it's just fabulous. I loved all the contrasting textures of soft banana, crunchy plaintain, crispy pastry and smooth custard.
