Still loving your report.
Hey Dawn
Just catching up wiht your TR!!! The pretzel you got in tomorrowland is so awesome! I tried it for the once time our last trip and I was in heaven!!! I wouldnt even share it with anybody
and how cool is it you can hear the tapping sounds on main st....its amazing how everytime you go to wdw you can see and experience something new even if it is just the littlest detail...

as with LTT, i think if we want it we can get it pretty easy...my parents never make ADR's and always seem to get in places..we will just see though how we are feeling that day and if we wanna eat there or not...there are many CS places in MK that i wanna eat at that i have not...we usually always eat at Cosmic rays so we dont go to the other places.
Just got back from Mexico and got caught up on your TR. I loved LTT. DH and I went there in Oct last year and DH got some creamy tomato pasta dish and it was fabulous! I can't believe how far behind I've gotten in just a week.
Now to start planning my Disney vacation for June 2009.
Dawn great installment. I'm kind of sad about LTT not having characters meals too. I was planning on going there for our Thanksgiving dinner when we go in Nov 2009 (which I thought was very appropriate considering the theme), oh well maybe I can still go or does anyone know of another good place to go for Thanksgiving dinner?
PS I live in CT too about an hour from Hartford if you come up to visit your sister we can have a mini DIS meet 2xcited2sleep!
Love the giant in Sir Mickey's, I have never noticed that, did you find out about that from the DIS?
I went to MVMCP for the first time Nov 07', and really enjoyed it. I decided to buy a Mickey Santa , Jim Shore, statue. I thought it would remind me of our fun memories of Disney at Christmas every year I unpacked it. BTW, I loved the castle lights, have you seen them yet?
Hi Dawn,
I found your TR on the weekend and just spent the last couple of nights reading it (ok, I did scan through a couple of pages when my eyes were getting blurry). I really love reading all about your trip. I'm planning our 25th anniversary trip for next May (7 days at OKW and 7 day Western Cruise). Thanks so much for your detailed restaurant reports and food pics. You've gone to a lot of the restaurants that we've not been to (but heard a lot about) so getting descriptions and photos are great. I'm thinking of trying to make reservations for Narcooses (sp?) for our actual anniversary dinner. Did you have to mention your anniversary every time you made the reservations to get the special treatment (and card) or were you wearing the anniversary button?
We've been to WDW quite a few times, but this is the first time in 15 years without kids so I'm trying to find things that we haven't done before. I'm anxiously awaiting your review of the P&PP. I'm cautious about doing it since we won't have any "little ones" with us.
You've mentioned that you lost a lot of weight and have been counting calories, how did you do that while at the parks? I've been on WW for years and I'm trying to drop two more sizes before the trip (to get BELOW my wedding weight which is where I am now) I'd like to be able to read through the menus to pre-determine what I can/want to eat without busting out of my clothes while on vacation. Of course the one item that will always be on my trip "MUST DO" list is a Mickey Premium Bar (8 points and well worth each and every one).
Hey Dawn,
Great report thus far. I don't know what we would do without going to LTT. We ate there every time we went to DisneyWorld. I hope the info has been released so there will be an awareness of something new at LTT. I don't know , but I will miss the CC there.
Oh well, I guess there are other places to meet characters too. Bye LTT .
Wow Dawn, you have so many beautiful pictures! I was going to post some of them, but there are too many to try and repost. I love that you took the time to explore the nooks and crannies of the park. Those are truly part of the magic that often goes unnoticed.
Ya for party tix. I am so bummed that we will miss each other by --this much!
I have the exact same shirt that Ray has on. Did he get it at Old Navy?
my sister, brooke, leaves for disney world in 16 hours!!!!! i'm so jealous, yet excited for her at the same time. i'm encouraging her to join the DIS and write her own TR.....so we'll see! anyway, wish she and jon a good time and safe travels!!!
lastly, for my fellow "so you think you can dance" fans, my favorite routine from last night......

it looks like something you'd see performed at epcot!!!
The ringer Ts! I like them too. I have a white one, a blue one, and an orange one.yep! he loves those ringer t-shirts from old navy so i stock up on them for him. he wears them under a polo for work.
