ticket question--water park fun and more option

If i have this option with NO park hopping, can i go to MK in the am, then go to disney quest around noon, and go back to MK at night???

Absolutely!!

Hopping only concerns moving from one of the 4 major theme parks to another on the same day.

You may exit and return to the SAME park as much as you like.
Likewise, you can visit another (or more) of the "WP & More" options on the same day.
