Inexpensive Punch Recipes Needed

Hoping you can help me out!!
I am hosting a small (12 women or so) get together at my house this week and rather than buying all sorts of wine and cocktails, was hoping to do a punch.
Of all of the recipes I have, I have NOTHING for punch!!
Please share if you have one you like!!

Mix any flavor, any brand of canned punch - Hawaiian Punch, store brand, etc. with 2 liter bottle of ginger ale, 7Up, or a similar lemon/lime soda. Freeze some of the canned punch ahead of time (ice cube trays, or in plastic cups, or a mold, for bigger ice that will keep the punch colder longer). This is always a hit at the church pot luck suppers and NO ONE but me knows how easy this is!

2 10oz pkgs fronzed sliced strawberries 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 6oz cans frozen pink lemonade 2 7oz cans lemon-lime pop
2 cups water

in blender combine 1 package strawberries, 1 can lemonade, 1 cup water and 1-2 the ice cream. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into punch bowl. Repeat with remaining strawberries, lemonade, water and ice cream. Carefully pour lemon-lime pop down the side of punch bowl. Gently stir to mix. I have had this one before and like it. I found another one that is similar with wine if you were looking for that kind of punch.


2 cups white wine
1 pt strawberries
1 6oz can frozen lemonade
sugar to taste
8 to 10 ice cubes
7 up

In blender mix whine, strawberries, lemonade and sugar, then add ice cubes. Store in freezer. When ready to serve, fill glass with slush. Add enough 7 up to fill the glass.

raspberry sherbet and sprite....you could use any flavor sherbet we just use raspberry because it turns a pretty shade of pink and my girls LOVE PINK!!!

Ornage sherbet and Sprite is a really good one.
Alos in the frozen juice concentrate in the cans you can use any kind of them like the fruit punch or the berry ones and make sure they are like really slick slush when you mix it with cold sprite we added some fresh fruit to it and some ice cubes and it was to die for.

I read this to mean you want "mommy" punch.

This isn't exactly budget unless you have many of the items on hand, but it is delicious and packs a punch.

1/2 pint Rum
1/2 pint vodka
1 can frozen lemonade
1 can water
1 48 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice
12 oz apricot nectar
1 bottle champagne (Brut)

Stir before serving because it settles. You probably would want to buy stuff for a second batch with a group of 12.

Bourbon Slush is another hit.

1 cup sugar
6 oz. frozen OJ (I like pineapple OJ)
6 oz. frozen lemonade (I like to use a flavored like Cranberry)
1.5 cups Bourbon (So. Co.)
2 heaping teasp. Instant Tea
8 cups water

Freeze overnight, stir in morning, freeze until party. We do this in a big bowl and my notes say I double it. I can't remember if cans of OJ and stuff are 12 oz. If that is the case, we double all the ingredients because we use the full cans. Hope that makes sense.

Hawaiian punch, sprite or ginger ale and your choice of sherbert flavor.

It is simple and cheap and everyone always raves over it!

Mine's really similar but instead of the Hawaiian punch, I use pink lemonade, raspberryginger ale, raspberry sherbet, and frozen raspberries.

The best punch is "PINEAPPLE PUNCH"

don't know if it's budget, but it's too good to care

1 tub of pineapple sherbert (like 8oz tub, not sure what it's actually called, pint?qt?)
1 large can of pineapple juice
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream (generic will do)
1/2 of 2ltr of 7 up

soften icecream, then mix ingredients. YUMMY!

Strawberry Punch(made with or without RUM)

2 Bottles lemon lime soda(Sprite, 7UP, generic...etc.)
1 container Welches strawberry punch (sold cold near the OJ)
1 bag of frozen strawberries (keeps it COLD and fun to get one in your cup!)
1 container of raspberry (or strawberry if you can find it)sherbet (optional)

I've done the above punch with or without the sherbet. I have also left out the sherbet and added RUM and lime slices and called it STRAWBERRY DAQUERIE PUNCH for those that could drink....

Pina Colada Punch

1 Bottle of Wal-Mart Pineapple Soda
2 Bottles Goya or Coco Rico Coconut soda
Frozen pineapple rings
Pineapple sherbet (optional)
2 tablespoons of rum extract or about 1.5 cups real rum.

Our favorite punch is 7-up or sprite with a can of frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate and a tub of frozen raspberries. It needs to be the tub as it comes with some raspberry syrup. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this one.

1 gallon mixed koolaid in strawberry or fruit punch
1 can pineapple nectar (in the ethnic foods section, the size of a soda can)
1 bottle fizzy soda

That sounds really good right now..I LOVE PINEAPPLES!!! I am sure you could add some "spirits" to it to make it "mommy" punch too!!

Cool-Aid and cheap vodka.

Heck, any fruity mix with Vodka works well. Freeze parts of the mix so you don't have to water it down with water.

Heck, get fruits from someone's yard and buy good vodka. Add food coloring to make it look expensive.

This isn't a "Mommy" punch but I love it and it's super easy.
7 Up or Sprite, 2 liter bottle
frozen bagged raspberries
V8 Splash, any flavor really, you could even mix them if you wanted to
Just put it all in a bowl and yum!! Make sure the raspberries are frozen, that's what keeps it cold.

You can also make Cherry limeades with cherry vodka, 7 up and grenadine. Taste like the real thing.
