Thanks. I had just made changes to my reservation to get a lake view as I dont want to have to do a ton of walking there if it can be avoided. Then my new confirmation letter was sent and had these notes on it.

It means Location not Guaranteed. And believe me, they mean it. For our reservation, we requested Casitas 1 (i.e. as close to El Centro as possible). We were in Ranchos 7A (pretty much the back of the resort). It was a long walk, but not as bad as I thought it would be. There are bus stops scattered throughout the resort, so the most walking was done to El Centro and back.
