AKL's Club Level rooms are located on the 4th floor. All CL rooms are guaranteed Savanna View. The actual lounge and staff are located on the 6th floor. The lounge overlooks the beautiful lobby.

The lounge is a wonderful, large open area. The food offerings are quite good and plentiful. The IPO Staff can assist you with dining, entertainment or just about any Disney plans you might want to make before your trip. During your stay, the CMs in the Lounge are there to assist you with any new plans.

muffins, croissants, pastries, oatmeal, quinoa and cereals.
7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Vitafunio (Safari Snacks)
Take a mid-day break and enjoy a selection of African snacks and
beverages.
11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Chai (Afternoon Tea)
Sit back and relax with imported teas, freshly baked scones, cookies and
treats. A daily must in Africa!
3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Kisikusiku (Twighlight Offerings)
Enjoy an array of wines, beer, hors d'oeuvres, and savor African
specialty appetizers from our resort restaurants, Jiko and Boma.

Hi, how close are the club level rooms to the elevator which takes you to the 6th floor? Are the rooms facing the main savannah? Thanks for any info you can give.

The elevator to the CL lounge is in front part of the lobby. The rooms are in the rear. The rooms we have stayed in were about halfway down the Zebra Trail. The CL rooms face the Arusha Savannah, which is the main savannah. If you don't want a long walk, request a room close to the lobby.

There were plenty of animals on the Arusha Savannah, especially zebras and giraffes. The Zebra and Kudu Trails both face the Arusha Savannah.

We are booked AKL concierge for August 3-9. The IPO staff has been fabulous. They can book all of your ADR's for you - simply email your requests ahead of time and they will book them and send you an intinerary with all your confirmation numbers. This was a huge bonus for me because I work and could not call at 180 days out until the evening. By the time I got home, I had my itinerary waiting for me.

Staying CL at AKL you also have access to the special Sunset and Sunrise Safari Tours. I heard such great things about the safaris, I had the IPO book that for us as well.

I have read many great reviews on the offerings in the lounge, I can't wait to try it all out for myself.

This will be our first stay at AKL - can't wait!!!!

What has the response time from AKL IPO been lately for folks who are emailing them? We just (yesterday) booked a last minute trip for June and I'm hoping to get a quick response on my ADR and other requests.

I feel like I know you because I have answered several of your posts about the AKL Club Level.

I, myself, would request the Zebra Trail. The restaurants and pool are located on this side of the AKL. Also, the elevator that takes you to the 6th floor lounge is also on this side of the lodge. I hope that this helps.
