We've booked a last minute trip for May. We're covered since we both have AP's, we're staying at SSR on my points, we have the DDE, and we're using vouchers from Southwest when we go bumped last trip. I invited my brother and his wife who live with us (long story!) but their part of the trip needs to be budget!! Here is what I have so far, but I know Diser's always have the best advice so if you have any suggestions on how they can save more money please share!
Trip is for four days
Flight: $179p/p
Tickets $195 or $370 (depending on whether they buy 2 day PH and AP)
2 1day park hoppers: free
DVC: free to them
Universal: 86 for 7 day deal (DB has an AP to Universal)
Counter Service food and maybe a meal using our DDE, but not sure.
Mickey's Pirate and Princess Party: $100
The flight is unavoidable because we live in NH, but 179 is not a bad deal.
Our plan is to do 2 days Disney, 2 days Universal and one night at P&P party.
Here are some questions I also have. I figured P&P Party would be a good way to see MK. I figure we can do this on a day we do Universal. What time can we use them to get in and can I purchase the passes for them with my DVC/AP discount? If so that will bring the price down.
Thanks!!
