Need the name of a hotel

When we stayed on 192 in the Orange Lake area we saw a couple hotels that were advertising $149 for a weeks stay. I can't remember the names of the places. Anyone able to help out? Thanks.

You might be thinking of home suite home. Used to be the old Holiday Inn Nikki Bird and the old Days Inn suites.

Yes, they are not far from each other. There is one on each side of I 4 on 192.

I've never stayed there, just saw the signs.

Posted this question on another travel site. Got a reply warning me about how bad it is. They live in Orlando and warned about all of the police calls to these 2 hotels. Just thought I would pass it on.

Years ago (and I'm talking 20-30 years) Days Inn Suites was a decent economical place to stay with a family. It was known as Days Lodge back then. We used to stay there on our trips. But it really went down hill in the last 15 years along with most of the Days Inns in the area. I quit staying there at least 10 years ago. I doubt that Home Suite Home has improved it any. And now that I have discovered rental condo's, houses and timeshares I get more for my money in decent surroundings.

I definitely agree - there was one not to far from where we stayed in Vacation villa at Parkway - it was several miles away - but sometimes we would pass it - and every time there were police there.

don't know if they came around because it was so cheap and expecting trouble.

or they were actually called.
