Balloons at All Star Music

Help please -
My daughter is participating in America Sings at Disney this weekend. She is traveling with the students from her school. She is celebrating her 18th birthday this week. I saw on another thread that people have been able to get free balloons in their hotel room. How do I see if there is a way to have balloons delivered to her room? I called All Star Music directly but the woman who answered transferred my call to Disney Florist. I appreciate any suggestions on having free balloons delivered. Thanks!

Free balloons are a part of the magic - sometimes they are given, sometimes not. You were transferred to Disney Florist because it's the only way you can get balloons delivered guaranteed, but you must pay for them. You can try calling the resort on the day she checks in and ask, stating it's her 18th birthday, but if you really want them, I'd just order them and pay!!

I would also tell one of the leaders of the group so they can talk face to face with someone at the desk and try to get them for you.

When I mentioned at the desk we were celebrating an anniversary we had an autographed photo and balloons the next morning.

You might call the hotel while she's there (if you aren't going?) and mention that your daughter is staying there and wanted to make them aware she was celebrating her 18th birthday.
