Parade In Animal Kingdom

Is there a preferable place for viewing the parade in Animal Kingdom? Thanks.

I've seen it in 4 different places and honestly all of them where good. However I will say they best place to sit is a SHADY place to sit!! Look for some shade and grab a seat!!

We came of off the KS just as the 4:00 parade was starting, so we were in the back, and missed alot of it (this was right at the beginning of the parade route.) After it had passed by, we went to the restrooms just across from TH, and as we were trying to decide where to go next, the parade came back by that same area. We ended up with front row seats, without having to line up an hour early. Several characters danced over to my kids, and it was not crowded at all. Just make your way to the parade area about 4:00, and then about 4:20, it will come back to that same area, very close to where you enter KS.

If your facing the tree of life take a right, follow around the right side of the tree and between discovery island and Asia is a bridge. Nice big long brick bridge. The bridge is roped off on the right side and you can stand/sit behind it. To get the floats over the bridge there is only viewing on one side. This is our #1 spot. Not to crowded and you get perfect pictures with nothing in the back ground except the brick bridge.

I think this is our best kept secret.....til now!!

Thanks! I see it on the map . . . to the right, with your back to the entrance. Another benefit of that spot, with only one side of audience, the cast members ALL have to give that side their attention.

EXACTLY!!!



We are usually in about the middle of the bridge with Everest to our backs (which btw you can also get great pics. of). I can step out and snap pictures of the floats with the asia sign/arch above them with all the characters to our side of the bridge.

i like watching it at the corner of the road leading towards asia thats across from the tusker house. you get to see the parade twice!! the first itme as its leaving and then you get to see it again upon its return from going around the tree!
