New Disney Outlet Store In Gulfport

right now i am in gulfport ,ms ..catchin a flight well long story short. at the primeoutlets on interstate 10 ..to day is their opening day and i made out great. belle halloween red dresses maked down to 19.99 with 50% off that. lots and lots of good deals today.
just wanted to pass that along to everyone.

Thanks for the info. It was to open nearly a year ago, but too many delays. Glad it's finally ready! Can't wait to go.

BTW, it's the Prime Outlet Mall, the big yellow center off of I-10. Can't miss it.

I luv you for posting this b/c as I was driving my there on my way to disney I saw the Coach outlet store there and I was thinking when I get home I need to go there so that makes it even better. I haven't been in a while well to be honest since right before the storm so this makes it even more exciting and its going to save me a trip from gulf shores.

Is it worth a drive from New Orleans - and how long will it take to get there?

It will take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to get there if you are driving from florida you will actually pass it on your way in b/c it is right off of I10. It will be on the left coming in to NO it will be on the right coming from NO. I haven't been there lately but as far as I know it is still open.

We visited the "Disney Outlet" in Gulfport a few weeks ago and were disappointed. It is really just a Disney Store. We were used to the outlet store than used to be at Tanger in Gonzales years ago. It was truly an outlet. The one in Gulfport is just a Disney Store with no real "outlet" savings.

Hey Girl! From Kenner it'll probably be an 1 1/2 hours or so. But this has been open for awhile now. We went over the 4th of July and it was open. I wasn't impressed either. I've found better selection and better prices online.

But who's to say an outlet mall isn't worth the trip?!?

Thanks for the info. I'll be visiting NOLA for a week so I was trying to find a couple of things for day trips. Mom is a big shopper so I thought it might work out. But maybe not from the sound of it. I also want to check the calendar of events for the area in case there are any festivals going on. We'll probably be doing the Quarter one day and the Riverwalk another day.

sorry I didn't get back sooner. I don't remember the dates but one weekend in Oct is the Gretna heritage festival. if you think you would like shopping at the outlet mall check out the website its a prime outlet. have a good time for your visit.

I have to disagree. I have found some great bargains there, I guess it is just hit or miss. But that's how it is with outlets.

for the one visiting New Orleans, It's a great mall, for those who love to shop. Very nice and clean. Food court seems to be lacking though, but that could just be me.
