1.So we are extreamly excited and had a new round of questions.

2.Are they still running the Submorail? The nemo theamed monorail?

3.Have there been any sightings of the new monorails lately? It was stated that they would be testing @ night after hours and curius to see if anyone has seen it.

4.On indiana Jones can someone please note all the locations for the special effects in the line? (do not pull, do not step)

5.Do the still do the video projection at IASW during RDCT?

6.Are the Rocket Rods going to be on???? j/p:eek:

7.first thing @ opening I should get their early and get SM fastpass and then ride matterhorn then fantasyland right. Or should I ride SM as soon as I get fast pass for it then matterhorn?

8.I read of these pasteries here on these threads...mmmmm....whats a scone?
or a tigger tail.....sounds yummmy.popcorn::

9.Is TSI/Pirates island open?

10.ARE WE THERE YET!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks!!!:surfweb:

You are very excited, I can tell!

Monorail is Year of a Million Dreams themed.

Rocket Rods...you mean Astro Orbiter? :confused3

Since you'll be at Paradise Pier, you get to have Magical Mornings (early entry) each day it's offered during your stay (including checkout day if that's a day when it is offered). For those mornings, Fantasyland and parts of Tomorrowland are open, and TL usually means Nemo and sometimes Buzz and maybe that's it, I can't remember. Although I thought I went on Space Mtn during an early entry day, others here have said it is NEVER open on a ee/MM day. Matterhorn isn't open for MM.

People who wish to partake in short lines in Fantasyland on MM days )and normal days, too) normally go straight to Peter Pan, then Dumbo and Toad and such, and then roam off into Space Mountain-land. :) Though on normal days you might send a "runner" off to get FPs for Space while the other rides Peter Pan.

I hope that helps somewhat.

Indiana Jones. There's a rope to pull, it's in the middle of the room and it's really obvious (the line usually snakes around it) before you get to the room where you see the "safety" film. The pole, well, I have only noticed it once, and I can't remember where it was. Sorry. And the stepping thing...I haven't noticed anything doing anything when I step on the stones that you're not supposed to step on.

TSI/Pirate's Lair was closed last Friday (or parts of last Friday every time I went by) because it was so rainy that day. It was open and glorious on Saturday, though the ground was a bit spongy from the rain on Friday. If you explore the caves, be sure to grab for any treasure you find...:rolleyes1

A scone is a lump of simple dough, often with things like raisins or currants in it. Sometimes it is sliced open and jam is put inside of it. I don't know what a DLR scone is like as I have never seen one there.

Sorry I couldn't answer all of your questions (or even answer the ones I could answer in order!), but I hope a few answers are better than none!

Thank you very much for your answers! I'll take what I can get:thumbsup2

When I was @ dlr in september they had the yellow nemo monorail out and I was hoping it would still be in circulation.

Also, the weather is looking more like it will be sunny with minimal rain chances too!

wind wind go away:cool1:

Rocket Rods? They have been permanently closed for about ten years.

I know I was just playing on that one:thumbsup2

Ahh ha. The first Mark 7 monorail should be making it's debut soon but I doubt if you will see it by the time you visit. I have heard they are having technical problems with it and it might be sent back to Canada where they rebuilt it (from an old monorail chassis) to resolve these issues.

I myself can't wait for the Mark 7s...

Praise the return of the BUBBLE windows!:thumbsup2

You asked about the Indy line stuff... You will be happy to know the bamboo stock you pull to make the roof collapse is back and funcional again as it was out of commission for awhile there.

Thanks, I was hoping we could atleast see one late night if they were testing it...... oh well:confused3

on indy is that pole very noticable? ive read its on the left hand side.

do you know about the "do not step" ones

I remember seeing a room with square blok floor and you had to step on certain ones but I don't remember the effects of that.

Maye you'll get lucky and see the Mark 7 testing, I would be pumped to see it testing too!

The pole is noticable. It is about halfway through the cue line and it is on the left hand side in a hallway path that has some skeletons and a huge rock ceiling. You'll know it when you encounter it. Plus, it is fun to not know too much, exploring the line for Indy is part of the fun! Also you probably will see it in action as you enter as everybody who walks past it activates it so the people in line in front of you will inevitably tip you off by their usage of it.

Years ago it was fun to mess with people as not as many knew about it and would just walk past it. I used to stand by it in line, letting people pass only to wait for a group of kids so I could surprise them with the effect!

The no not step on a stone thing I don't think is functional anymore.

thanks, I will also have to give a nice big tug to th rope that says do not pull!

If you are really into it and want to read the writings on the walls throughout the entrance and exit cue lines go to the shop across from the ride next to Bengal BBQ and request they make you a xerox copy of one of the old decoders they used to give out. It is fun and adds to the adventure of it all!

Or you can just look closely and figure them out on your own as it is pretty easy to decode. The decoder just makes it fun.

I can verify that they have very very dark, very bad copies of the decoder, specifically over in the Indy merchandise shop (the one closer to Bengal snootily sent me over there). :)
