We will be in anaheim on the 16 to the 25 of March. Have a reservation at
the BWPPI. The travel agent says it's good but I would like to hear your opinions.
The family needs this break from the ice and snow here in British Columbia
thank you

I haven't stayed there myself, but the reviews on this site have been pretty good, it is directly across from the parks, easy walk. Depending on what you are looking for, it rates a decent hotel. Have you checked out their website?

Yeah that hotel is really great! Clean, close and everything you could want. I would definately recommend it. Loads of other good reviews in the past on this site for that particular hotel. :thumbsup2

As for the ice and snow and the cold in BC! I hear ya! The kids have been out of school for 2 days now.

I've also read that Best Western Stovall's Inn is nice as well, a 15-20 minute walk depending on if you have small children. That's where our reservation is currently.

We didn't stay in PPI but I can say the walk will be simple and smooth its right across the way!!

Have fun!

I stayed at BWPPI last September and was quite impressed - my room was very clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished with new carpet, beds, furniture, counters, sinks, tile, etc. And I loved that short walk to DL!!!! The grounds are certainly nothing to recommend, though - lots of cement and very little greenery, and I think the color of the building is really ugly. But if you're looking for a clean, decent place to sleep I think it's great.

We stayed there in 2005 also and we liked it as well! We had a nice room and loved how close it was to the parks.

Try to get a room that's not on the ground floor (& I think this would apply to any of the exterior entry motels that open to the parking lot). We had a ground floor room at BWPPI and it was extremely annoying to hear car alarms beeping all night long. I don't know if someone had one that sort of armed itself periodically or what, but we really did hear random beeps all night long all week long.

We'll not be staying at any of these type of motels again in the future and will go back to HoJo where there are interior corridors that are well away from the parking lot! I'll take the slightly longer walk along with a good night's sleep!
