Hope all of you in Chicago land are doing well and unfortunately sometimes it's just time to tell your family, you're not going to get caught up in the nonsense anymore! I'm very lucky with my family, we all get along well.
Dalpal~ I want a fireplace! SOunds so cozy!
If I missed anybody! SOrry! ....and hi!
I'm working from home today, because DD(12) has a sinus infection and just feels so sick. Brought her to the doctor yesterday and she started antibiotics last night. Hopefully she'll bounce back quickly now. She probably could have gone to school today, but had 2 midterms scheduled, so I didn't want her to take those tests when tired and not at her best.
Yesterday was DH's birthday! It was nice because girls and I all had off for MLK day. He ended up working until 11:30 PM on New Year's Eve, when he was supposed to be out by 4:00 so they gave him a freebie day off yesterday, so we all got to spend the day together. For all of those who wanted some of Ryan's cake, come over here. We have plenty! Cocolate with vanilla frosting!
We are so excited for the
GIANTS being in the Super Bowl!
Keeping mt fingers crossed. THose Patriots are tough, but we did come very close in regular season play and we have been great on the road....so ya never know. Didn't expect us to get this far! Football is my favorite sport, so it's exciting to still be watching!
