He had a growth spurt from 13 to 14!!

I saw the one pic of Ryan on this 13th and 14th bday on your myspace a while back and then seeing this one today

He's pretty tall!!!

Dante and DeV are going to be short but I do hope they grow taller then me!

Yeah he "hurt" that year he grew 9 in! wow...since i'm 5'1" & DH is 5'10", we really weren't sure where he'd end up...but he's probably done now....now he just needs to put some weight on

Just talked to my Mom....i think i told you all that she's having her very 1st surgery of her life tomorrow....She seems to be in good spirits & doesn't appear to be worried. I'm a little worried, but didn't let on....i'm really anxious to hear from my sister tomorrow once she's in recovery & we know all is well....

Brenda you and I are the same height. Your hubby has Roger beat by 2 inches. Maybe there is some hope that Dante and DeV won't be so short. Right now they are the shortest in the class.

DeV actually looks like he's in kindergarden and Dante looks like a 3rd or 4th grader!! They are in 2nd and 5th grade. Now that I think about it...my brother is 6ft tall. My parents weren't tall either.

Good Luck to your mom tomorrow on her surgery. I will send prayers her way and will be thinking of her, you, and your family tomorrow. It will be okay

hummm...Roger looks taller than 5 8" in his photos...so i would have never guessed...but with boys as handsome as yours...they won't have any problemsm - even if they end up 5'5"!!!!

mama had her toe taken off last week....All that is fine.....NOW the left leg needs to be operated on....I think sooner than expected! Bad day today. We see the nurse tommorrow, and Dr on Friday. She is healing slow!

When Liz was a little girl she was always the tallest girl in her class.

But she stopped growing young. I think maybe because she went thru puberty at a really young age

Now she is actually on the short side, 5' 3" or so. We thought for sure she'd be closer to 5 7" but it wasn't meant to be.

So height at this age doesn't necessarily equate into the final height of the kid.

Your son is quite the cutie and he really did grow a lot in one year didn't he Amazing.

My son is about 5' 11" I think. I'm not sure where his height came from because Rick is about 5' 9" and his dad is a similar height. My dad is 5' 3 1/2".

So who knows.

Wow~ Liz looks much taller then 5'3". I guess we all look a lil taller then we actually are. Well except for me. Everyone tells me I'm short.

Did you tell us what her surgery was for?? she is having a hip replacement - she can barely walk or sit....I don't remember if you did or not.

Brenda, I keep track of the boys height on a growth chart as well. They also like to see how much they've grown through the years.

Dante appears to be slowing down and DeV is catching up. They always joke about that. It's cute.

Sometimes they ask me to check em as often as every month. I have to keep telling them they won't see a difference if we do it too often.

The CB is the Community Board of which we do not speak...

You know...where all the different topics are posted and everyone "fights" about it or "puts you down"

Did we actually have a fly by from Chicago? Hope all of you in Chicago land are doing well and unfortunately sometimes it's just time to tell your family, you're not going to get caught up in the nonsense anymore! I'm very lucky with my family, we all get along well.

I'm working from home today, because DD(12) has a sinus infection and just feels so sick. Brought her to the doctor yesterday and she started antibiotics last night. Hopefully she'll bounce back quickly now. She probably could have gone to school today, but had 2 midterms scheduled, so I didn't want her to take those tests when tired and not at her best.

Yesterday was DH's birthday! It was nice because girls and I all had off for MLK day. He ended up working until 11:30 PM on New Year's Eve, when he was supposed to be out by 4:00 so they gave him a freebie day off yesterday, so we all got to spend the day together. For all of those who wanted some of Ryan's cake, come over here. We have plenty! Cocolate with vanilla frosting!

We are so excited for the GIANTS being in the Super Bowl! Keeping mt fingers crossed. THose Patriots are tough, but we did come very close in regular season play and we have been great on the road....so ya never know. Didn't expect us to get this far! Football is my favorite sport, so it's exciting to still be watching!

Okay, so sometime after I went to bed at 1:30 am and the time I got up to let a cat out at 6:45 am SOMEONE turned on the snow machine

Now there is an inch or so of snow on the ground.

Not exactly what I was looking forward to and I don't think it was forecasted

It is also blowing around everywhere.

I guess I should have filled those bird feeders yesterday like I was thinking about doing.
