I could use some more opinions. DH and DD just get a glazed look in their eyes and tell me to do what-ever I want. I think I've burned them out showing them pictures and reading descriptions of house out loud.

We will rent for two weeks in May and June. DH, DD, and I will be there the entire two weeks and our older children and their families will take turns coming to visit.

Because we will have various age groups it is important to have more than one group television viewing spot. Internet in the house is a must because my husband needs to be able to work a couple of hours a day.

All three are close in price.

Any advice?

I like the centre house (Terra Verde) for location and amenities.
Hope you have a fabulous trip.

I like the first one. Then again I love Legacy Park. Nice quiet area and close to everything. We will be staying in Legacy Park at Highgate in early May. We stayed at the Retreat at Legacy Park last year. It was great. Have fun with the decision part. After all it is all about you and your family.

:rotfl: My husband is exactly the same way. I told him then he better be happy with whatever I choose, and I don't want to hear ONE word about it if he's not happy on the trip.

I like the first house the best.

Lets' really confuse you....lol. I think the last one is very very lovely. Honestly, they are all very nice but the last one is just my taste~

Have a wonderful trip!

I like the "feel" of the first one but the 3rd one has that nice game room.....
Hmmm I would go number one. (I missed the table though is it glass that was a nightmare in a recent house we rented I was a wreck worried about somebody breaking that thing or hurting themselves on that pointy corner)

I prefer the Terre Verde one - good location and good amenities. It is also a brand new resort :thumbsup2

Not sure about the last one - pool area view seems to be of a trailer park :confused3

I think the first house looks cheaply built and furnished. The area is good, although you are further from the parks than they are saying.

I think the location of the second one sucks, and I'd never book anything on Poinciana. I also wonder what they are hiding by only having three photos on the site.

For location and quality it looks like the last one is the best choice by a longshot. I think it looks well furnished and is in a good location. It's about the same distance from the parks as the first one. I like the game room, and with your group that will get a lot of use.

I like the first house ( I love being on Legacy park and the pool area looks great on that one.) :cool1:

I also like the third one, Glenbrook is just a bit further up from Legacy near the walmart, its also a really nice resort.

Don't like the second one, don't like Poinciana at all.

Good luck choosing :lmao:

I like the 3rd house...

The 1st house used the double bed bottom and twin top to make up the large sleeping arrangements. Have you ever put a couple in the bottom bunk and child in the top X2. Six in one room is just to much for me. It somehow becomes a circus in my house.

I like most everything about the 3rd one and didn't care for the 2nd one at all.

I had the same problem, had about 10 propertys I liked.
I started to eliminate with little things I really liked.
view out the back was important, but it seems like all your houses have good views (no houses behind)
what are the bed configurations for the people staying there? do they get the beds they want?
I cannot tell from the pictures, but other things important would be carpet in the family room/living room ( tile is just sooo cold & slippery from pool).
also If there is a good coverage deck over the lanaii, some homes don't have any shade. plus check how many lounges & chairs/table there would be outside.

all things being more or less equal decide what is important to you.

Just a bit of advice the first house which is situated in Davenport is not ten min from the Disney parks

It's very uncommon in Florida to find carpet in living areas. In all honesty I'd question the quality of construction if the whole house except the kitchen/baths was carpeted, as tile is more costly.

While might be a bit cold in the winter, it's a relief in the summer and will help to keep the house cooler.

Door # 3!! They all look great, I would choose the best location. I think this one looks closest to WDW. Have FUN!!!

Thanks everyone.

We decided on number three. I just finished filling out the paperwork and check to mail.

Wow! That's a relief. I never knew it would be so much harder than choosing a hotel.

Now, I've got to start letting the family "Duke it out" over who is coming when. :rotfl:

Thanks again,

Penny
