I can't believe it's been almost 1 month since I went to Disneyland for the first time. It's taken me a while to get my photos organized. I took over 600 in the 3 days we were in Southern California. Here are some of the ones I especially liked.

Hey...if you stuck with me through all those photos...THANK YOU!!! I know I made several "techincal" errors along the way, but I learned so much also. And much of what I learned was due to ideas and suggestions I picked up on this board. So thanks.

Great pics. I like to look at other photographers shots of subjects I know (like Disneyland) because it can give you ideas. You might see a different angle, or framing that you want to try out yourself. Either on the same subject or even something totaly different. Treasure those DCA shots. It looks like that entire fron entrance with the giant letters and the GG bridge will be going away. I want to get down myself and get some more shots while I still can.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I'm so glad I got to see California Adventure-phase one now that I hear they are changing it. It is a beautiful park. I really wish the jet lag hadn't set in while we were there. We only had 1 day to do both parks, so I had to hit the highlights.

I like to see how other people frame things differently too and I'm always excited when I see something new and unique. I told the DH that next time he goes to San Diego on business, he may have a tag-a-long. There's some photos I want to take differently at Disneyland!

really? I haven't fully read what's going to change...too bad...you can see the bridge in some of the shots from my wedding...

This was my 1st time and my husband's first time since he was 4 years old too. We were talking to a cast member and she gave me a button that said, "First Trip to Disneyland" and she gave my DH one too...except...she grabbed a Sharpie marker and wrote "in 32 years" on his.

Yep they have commited 1.5B to rebuilding it. Since they spent less than that building it, and that intial amount included the GC hotel, it should be stupendous.

There are several threads on the Disneyland section of the board talking about what they are going to be doing.
