And I'm not sure, if its a good thing or not. There are people who I don't even know, and I kinda feel lost in the shuffle. But things change. I don't know, it just feels so *ugh* I can't even explain it. Maybe it is because I'm older now? Does anyone else feel this way?

Anyways, I'll check in from time to time, but I'm pretty busy, and so it might be awhile between logins.

the funny thing, she doesn't even really know how the board was long ago. she just joined a little over a year ago.

hm. no more or less, just different people. the average age of the tb was higher than thirteen (unlike now) The threads were more disney related. we could use HTML. there were fewer "boost your post count" and stuff like that. no monthly game things like the boos or turkeys or anything like that. All of that stuff is pretty recent. we had strict moderators. (Norah and Travis at first, then Tara came in and then it was just travis and tara, and it seems travis had disappeared too.)

Honestly, given the choice, I prefer old tb to new tb. but when I say old, I mean late 04, early 05. (i lurked a bit before I joined)

I remember a bit of that. There's a bit I don't because I haven't been here as long as you have. Not even close.
I remember everyone being older than me. There were very few my age, and now half the people I see posting are 10, 11 and 12.

i've only been on for barely a year so i can't really relate to how the old TB was but i like it now
i dont really have any issues with the whole random threads or anything but i would love more WDW related threads

Well I can really live without the random threads, but since they are here it is nice to just have fun. But I would just as well enjoy good debates and good topic talks on Disney related stuff and other topics.

That is why I try to join in on all the topics. Yes the Random thread does seem to get the most hits on here by old and new posters, but I think we should all strive to become more of a community and post on most of the threads. Especially the threads that members are asking for help from others. Those people are reaching out and it is very sad to look at some of those threads and see minimal activity and see a random thread with hundreds of thousands of silly stuff on them. Just my two cents from a new poster.
