Hi Laura and welcome here  , i am Giulia from Italy :goodvibes
My family and me were in DLP from Sept 16th to Sept 20th and we had a wonderful time (it could not had been different could it ???), and in 1999 we had been there in June. I think most is up to *when* you are going if it will be a weekend it will be busier and queues will be longer but in normal weekdays it is pretty enjoyable-even more if schools will still be on in France. I remember the lady at the hotel reception (we stayed at cheyenne from thursday to sunday) told us to do the most of thursday and friday.
This time during weekedays queues have been about 5-10 minutes each (but Nemo that has always a longer queues - 20 minutes if you are lucky, around 1 hour if you are not lucky) when on sundays they were 30-40 minutes each.
Fastpass is very helpful when the park is busy, less in *normal*days because both queues go fast.
If the park is busy i would say have an early or late lunchbreak because everyone seems to be hungry at the same moment lol
And for watching the parade it's better to be there about half an hour before it starts to get a special view and if you have kids you can go with them in the stage's seats next to Sleeping beauty castle, they let kids sit in front so they can enjoy the parade better.

It will definately be a weekday. going with a school group of about 40, sunday to saturday. glad to hear that ques should be short :D. have had far too many experiences with 90 minute ques at WDW Florida.

Thanx cyrano, ive been on the boards for a while planning my trip to florida this july past. Just never been on DLP boards.

Glad to have the boards for help this year. went to strasbourg with the same group last year and really didnt know what to expect.

Hi there, still me ;)
I live in a touristic town (Siena) and can tell it is busy all year long even if we have the peak of the season when the local horse race take place twice a year (July 2nd and August 16th).
My partner works in an hotel and says June, Sept and Oct are usually for Tour Groups, Students etc
I take for granted it wont be different in Paris, should be worse actually because it's bigger (a lot bigger :rotfl: ).
In the Louvre it was full of chinese-japanese people, hundreds and hundreds of oriental ones - more interested in art than we actually were can tell.
The queue for going up the Eiffel Tower was long but went quite quickly.

thanx, good to know ;).

by the way giulia, where did u get the piccy in your signiature, i love it!
