Onboard credit

Hello all,

My question is when do I see my $200.00 onboard credit that I get for booking while on my last cruise? Should I check with the front desk to make sure it's on my account?

you can ask when you check in. If they can't tell you the front desk can certainly help you.

I've never had any problems with an OBC from booking onboard.

In your staeroom on arrival you should get little tickets confirming the amounts of OBC credited to your account.

Definitely check with Guest Services when you get onboard. We did not get our stateroom credit for booking with Disney Visa, and the Guest Services CM got it all squared away in a jiffy. She was very helpful!

There were cards in my room for the credits I put on ahead of time from my disney visa credits
the credit from the card took a visit to guest services - I think it is fairly common to not have that immediately put onto your account

I called DCL before sailing to make sure. Good thing I did, because it took a little while to get ours straightened out. I wouldn't have wanted to waste that time onboard.

When we got onboard I went to guest services to put down some gift cards and noticed that the $25 I was supposed to get for booking online wasn't there. She said it would be there by 6:30 that evening. Sure enough, there was a card in our room later that said it had been added. I agree with the others that suggested checking w/guest services as soon as you get onboard.

I have always got a card in my stateroom with the confirmation of the credit.
