From our past travel experiences (and everyday life) we've found that many men's restrooms do not have diaper changing tables where almost all the women's rooms do.
How about Disney parks? I'm hoping with so many families they've figured out that Dad's take small kids too. We will be traveling with a 3 1/2 year old and 3 month old. We prefer to divide and conquer restroom stops with Mom taking potty trained 3 year old and Dad taking baby for a change. Mostly because it seems that no matter where you are women's restrooms are cleaner with more stalls to take 3 year old in.
But if we're going to be continually sending Dad in to check for a changing table first, I might just have full-time potty duty.
