We got the Deluxe Dining Plan for Feb 09. We are checking in Feb 2, checking out Feb 9.. my question is will we be able to eat breakfast the morning of the 9th or will we have to pay for it? Thanks!

You will have 3 meals and 2 snacks per person for every night you are staying in a resort. You can trade in 2 meals for a signature meal or dinner show and use snack credits towards breakfast if you want. The credits are yours to use however and when ever you feel like. If you check in and enter the park mid morning, you can use your first credits on lunch and then go to dinner in the evening. You did not use your third meal credit for the day so you still have that to use later.

Depending on what your family wants to do and where you are staying (and of course what is being offered at the time) POP and the DVC resorts will take snack credits for things like donuts, Pop tarts, bread, milk, juice, jelly and maybe peanut butter as well as chips. If you do something like that, you can have lots of options for mini or light meals and can have more 2 credit dinners. I have heard a lot of people have lots of snack credits left at the end of their trip and really, if you are going to eat three sit down meals a day, you may not want to eat any snacks. The snack credits can be used to take treats home so you have a bit of Disney magic to look forward to when you start going through trip withdrawls. :upsidedow

You are inside the 6 mos window for making ADRs. While things aren't as busy in Feb, I would suggest making them soon so you have the best chances of getting the places and times you want.

You won't need to pay OOP if you still have credits left on your plan. When we went in 2006, we planned out each TS and CS and were able to eat at O'Hana's the morning we flew home.

Your credits are still good on the day that you check out. We still had enough CS and snack credits for breakfast and snacks on our last day. I'm sure TS credits would still be valid as well.

Thanks everybody! I'm thinking Lilo and Stitch to bid the World farewell!!

Going to BOMA the last morning of our trip for breakfast, Sept 31.
This will be are last ADR and last TS credit.

I thought it was two meals and one snack? I only plan for a cs and on ts plus snack.

Each day on the plan you get 1 snack, 1 quick service (or counter) and 1 Table service.

You can take 2 table services to get a signature dining.

We are getting the Deluxe Dining Plan for 2008, and you get 3 TS meals and 2 Snacks, plus refillable mugs

I've already booked my premium package ( 4 day/3 night), but I guess I'm starting to read the fine print. I believe this has to do with the original posters concerns. Will we get breakfast, lunch and dinner for all 4 days of our stay? Or will we only have 3 breakfast, lunch, and dinner credits for the 3 nights of our stay? I guess it comes down to budgeting for that extra days breakfast and lunch before we leave for our other destination. Any help would be appreciated.

The answer here is maybe, you will not get 3 meals for 4 days but rather 3 TS or counter service, [your choice per meal] plus two snacks per NIGHT of your reservation so for 3 days or 9 table service and 6 snacks pp. these can be used any day you want so if you don't eat 3 meals one day say arrival day? then you would have something left for the last day.pirate:

Thanks for replying so quickly. As soon as I posted that last night, I discovered that it was indeed only covering the nights of your stay. In your previous post you brought up another question I had. If on the premium plan we get breakfast, lunch, and dinner...does that mean all of those meals are considered table service? For instance, could I trade my breakfast and dinner credit for one signature dining? Or would I have to use my lunch/dinner credits?:confused3

I think the way this works is..
Say you stay 3 nights. You then get 9 meal credits and 6 snack credits (for each person on the plan). You can use those credits however you want during your stay, and they have to be used by midnight on the day you check out. I did not know about the midnight rule until someone posted it up above. So,, say, you don't eat lunch one day while you are there, then you have that extra credt, and you can use it by midnught the day you check out, or lose it.
