Online ticket order, credit card really needed at park?

I ordered park tickets online the other day, no problem there. Got my order number and receipt. Then when I got home later that day, I had a notice from my credit card company and a new card. Apparently their security was breached somewhere (at a store we'd used our card) so they had to issue a new card and I need to cut up the old one (the one I just used to order my tickets).
SO, do you really need to have the credit card you ordered the tickets with you, or will the confirmation number suffice to get them printed at the kiosk?

Thanks!

If I remember rightly, you have to insert your credit card (the one you used to buy the tickets) in order to retrieve them.

Since you got a new card by no fault of your own, I'm sure you could get the tix after explaining the problem but make sure you have the confirmation number. Phamton is our resident ticket expert so you might want to send her a PM and she can tell you for sure.

Just take your confirmation number and photo ID to the Guest Service/ Will Call window out side either park. You won't be able to use the electronic kiosk but you can get your tickets through Guest Service.

Hi there, I'm sort of new at this and this question made me wonder...I booked a package deal throught UO and we're staying at HRH. Do I need the card I book with in hand to get tickets or will they give me our tickets when we check into the hotel? the vacation is paid off and I have closed the acount that I used. I hope that wasn't a mistake. Thanks for your info.

It shouldn't be a problem at all. You will most likely pick up all your tickets at the HRH. If they don't have them there, Guest Service can issue them. Just have photo ID.

This seems kind of silly, but I am going to ask anyways. I chose the printing at home option when I purchased my 4 tickets. Since I got the 7 days/2 parks for $86, do I need to carry with me all the time I go to the parks that big piece of paper?

Yes....those are the tickets.

Those are your tickets but, if you go to Guest services, you can ask them to reprint them onto regular ticket stock.

I tried to order our HHN tix online today but it wouldn't accept my Visa debit card, so I've had to make some space on my Mastercard to do it instead. Bit of a pain!

Hmmmm...I wonder why it wouldn't take your Visa debit. I use mine all the time. :confused3

I bought 6 tickets, for use on two different trips. I know my credit card will have expired by the second trip....wonder if it will take my "new" card. Also was told that it would print out all 6 tickets at the same time, but that I could wait until later to activate the last 3.

Hope this is okay?

I dunno? :confused3

Anyway, I'll buy them next week once the space on my Mastercard has cleared. No big deal, just a bit annoying is all.
