How Long Does It Take Your Coordinator To Answer Your Emails?

I was just wondering, on average, how long it takes your coordinators to answer your emails??

It all depends, really. Sometimes I will hear from her right away and sometimes it may take a week or two. I know she's busy and my wedding is still 5 months away so I really don't stress about it. There are brides that need her now so I know that's where she needs to focus her attention...and besides...when we do talk she is really on top of things and gets eveything done very quickly.

As Diane said I suppose it depends on her workload. Up till recently we have Jennifer O'Leary and she was extremely quick at answers your emails, now we have Kathleen and I am not sure how she is yet as I haven't emailed her except to congratulate her on her new post.

It also depends, sometimes it’s very quick. Then again sometimes it takes a week. I know that she’s probably very busy and my questions aren’t top priority. However, I have planned a call with her to go over all my questions since my planning material is due at the end of the month.

I think that’s the best way to get everything answered at once rather than email back and forth. Just write down questions as you think of them and plan a phone call.

Yep...that's what I do. I just talked to my WC yesterday and I had my little notebook with all the stuff I wanted her to help me with. Whenever I think of something I just jot it down for the next time.

Tanis has been wonderful answering my emails. She's never taken more than 2 business days. I was worried after reading some of the stuff on here, but so far it's been a great experience!

My planner is Michelle and so far she has been awesome. Responds to my emails the same day. I love her

Seems as though everything has been too easy so far... Knock on wood ( <--- me knockin on wood, also know as my head! ) and I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop!

I sent her an email Wednesday & Thursday night & I had answers to both when I got home from work today - she seems very nice.

I don't email my coordinator often, but it never takes her longer then 24 hours. I email her when I get home from work and I have a response when I get home the next day.

I sent my coordinator (Kristi Davis) e-mail about 3 weeks ago, just to make sure all of the details were correct for our contract coming up in a week. Usually she responds within the same week--but 3 weeks and still nothing? It is okay because I know my wedding isn't until April, but does anyone else who has her know if she is on vacation or anything?
