: Hey everyone. :cheer2: I have been reading since Nov and finally am able to post.
I have so many question it's not even funny. We will be leaving on Aug 3rd for a stay at seaworld and then the 5th to the 11th will be our first time at Disney World!! It will be my family, myself, myhusband and my two little girls 6 and 9.
I have some what of a itinerary but it's not much of anything. What should I put on there? I have my ADR'S we have a ADR for BBB. I have when our bus leaves SW to DW. and our flight info. I just don't know what else to put. Thank you for any advice you can give me!!

You could put park hours and the EMH (if you are staying on site).

Ahh...Thanks!! Actually I do have those. That is why we are doing AK on Sat. our last day. Start off with the safari first. I do have "things to do" such as Pochahontas and friends, to see sue but I have no times by them. My girls really love animals and dino's so I thought that would be a relaxing day.
I do have our check out time on there but since we have ME we will just pack our bags before we leave that morning.

Our itinerary usually consists of a day-by-day chart of :

-breakfast ADR and conf #
-what park that morning
-when/if we are taking a pool break midday
-dinner ADR and conf #
-what park we'll be in that night
-what parades/fireworks we're seeing that night
-other activities we may be enjoying that night, for example, mini-golf

Welcome to the DIS and have a great time!

You can also add phone numbers of all the services that you will be using:
1.Limo/shuttle service
2.ADR number
3.Hotel number
4.Airline

I am usually an unorganized person at home but when it comes to planning a WDW trip I am all over details. My DW wishes I applied all that org. skills to the homefront. I explain that this happens only once in a while and home stuff goes on forever!:rotfl2:

Have fun! We'll be at the beach Aug 3-6 then at Dolphin 6-13. Keep cool and hydrated. :drinking1

I had a notebook that I worked on all last summer--it had:

-a breakdown of the parks---each ride in that particular park, whether it had fastpass or not, slow loading or not, and whether it was a must do for our kids.
-park hours and EMH's at the parks.
-we made copies of our tickets and had those in the notebook
-we also had a packing list
-We had our day to day schedule-which we would talk about each evening
to see if we wanted to change anything
-we also had CS and restruants in each park

I like to put what area and which attractions I am planning for that day - along with when I want to head back to the hotel for a break.

I'm a little different from most. I have the pertinent info, such as car rental info, hotel info, ticket info, and park hours. But I don't like to go by an itenirary. To me, that is not a vacation. I liketo do whatever it is me and my family feel like doing that day.

I'm like CA/RA2000. I take my ADR numbers, tickets, and id.

Sometimes I write down hidden Mickey locations and trivia about the parks on notecards. I color-code the notecards for each park and put them on a binder ring.

We usually play the day by ear, if the kids are cranky we leave the park for the hotel and take a little break. Then return when everyone is in better spirits so we can see the nighttime shows.

My DS 6 says "don't skip Soarin' at EPCOT! It is awesome!" :cloud9: We will be in the World from August 1-10. Where are you staying?

The hottest I've been at Disney was actually one June. It was over 100 every day I as there.

August will be hot. Make sure you pack sunscreen. I usually wear tank tops however I take a couple t-shirts (or at least sleeve-less tops). That way if you do get sunburn the t-shirt will protect your shoulders from more sun.

How impressive;)

I am concered about our ADR's at BBB then we have ADR'S at `1900 Fare Park in the GF Cafe at 8pm. We are staying at ASMo so should we go back to ASMo first? Will we have enough time before dinner. I am soooo worried about the buses to and from ASMo. I have read all of teh DISser's advice. At one time I tried to switch resorts to CBR but it was full.
