FIREWORKS IN BARCELONA-MAY 24, 2007

Okay, never tried to download a video to here before, but here are the three clips I have of the fireworks. They aren't the best quality, but will give everyone an idea of the actual show.

Yes, that made my whole trip too! Especially since we were on the WB Panama Canal in May 2005, and we were disappointed that when we arrived in Long Beach there was really no fan fare at all. It happened when the first Mexico cruise went out that night and we had already left for home.

Yes, DCL announced that we were arriving in Barcelona on Thursday night and although we would not be going into port, we would be 1/2 mile from the port and that there would be fireworks at approximately 10:20 p.m. They also announced that there would be a 1 minute "test" at 9:40 p.m. So we ate at 6 p.m. hurried to Disney Dreams and then ran out at 9:35 up to deck 10, saw the 40 second "test" and then ran, changed, and headed back up to the deck and waited for 10:20 p.m. I don't think anyone on the ship missed it, including the cast members and crew. They were everywhere. Deck 10 was packed.

I still get goosebumps everytime I watch it also.

WOOOOWWW!!! Why does it not shock me that Disney would do something like that! Of course its only natural the Magic should be greeted with such flare! She is one of two of the finest ships in the world!

They had awesome pics the next day in Shutters and we bought a couple. They were great. It was truly the highlight of the cruise.

They had awesome pics the next day in Shutters and we bought a couple. They were great. It was truly the highlight of the cruise.

We bought 3 pictures from Shutters also of the fireworks. We have that one from above that Bob posted. That must have been the one they released to the AP for the papers and such.

Seems like I noticed lots of hidden Mickeys throughout!
