I am making ADR's tomorrow and I am not sure what time to make it for a couple of meals. First, for Le Cellier. I am going in Nov. so I am hoping to couple it with the Candlelight Proc. but I am going to go ahead and make a res. What time do you guys think I should do it for the 8:15 show, or if I go to the earlier show and have dinner afterwards, what time should I make them for then?

Second, I can't find times for Fantasmic. I want to do Mama Melrose/Fantasmic and don't know what time to make ressies for. Can you do the show THEN have dinner or do you have to have dinner first and get something there to enter the show?

Thanks for all of your help!!

For LC, you will probably have to take any time you can get and adjust around that. We tried to make LC ADRs a couple of years ago and could not get anything because they were booked with CP packages. We figured we'd just show up and put our names on a waitlist, but we were living in a dream world. There WAS no wait list -- they were so badly overbooked, they weren't even taking names.

We were "... Le Cellier when Le Cellier wasn't cool," but the days when LC was Epcot's best-kept secret have been over for several years now.

Since tomorrow is the first day you can start bookingfor that week I'll be able to get something decent if we call early, won't I?

Maybe yes, maybe no. They may have already blocked off large portions of the availability to sell only as CP packages.

Plus, there is 180+10. They don't make everything available 180+10, but surely some of the availability is already gone.

Just call and see how you do. You may be fine since it's early in the process. I don't recall exactly when I called and had a problem, but I think it may have been around 3 months out.

Please keep in mind that, as of last year, all meals for the Candlelight Processional dinner packages had to be completed PRIOR to the scheduled performance time and that you do not get your badge for the show until you are at the restaurant. The 5pm show had lunch reservations, the 6:45pm show was either a late lunch or really early dinner (no later than 4:30pm) and the 8:15pm shows had early dinner reservations.

Also, they would not "convert" regular ADR's to packages, as these are considered separate events from regular ADR's. I tried to convert a dinner reservation at Le Cellier and was told no. I had to make a separate dinner package reservation.

I would recommend either booking a dinner at Le Cellier for a non-CP night or just wait. They hold a specific number of tables at each participating restaurant for the CP dinner packages.
