Can you get snacks on DDP at Boulangerie Patisserie?

I just checked the sticky up above about what snacks you can get with the DDP, and Boulangerie Patisserie (France's bakery) is not included--yet on Allears it is? Does anyone know if you can use DDP snacks there? If so, is it for anything under $4? And specifically--are the chocolate or lemon tarts included? Just saw a picture of them and they look yummy!:hippie:

DD19 went there last year for a Napoleon, but it wasn't included in the DDP. I didn't go in so I don't know if anything there is included.:confused3

We were told a medium soda or bottled water only (none of their pastries are included).

Nope can't use the DDP there. Tina

That is wierd we have eaten CS there on our last 2 trips, last one in Dec. 06. We usually get the turkey sandwich, a dessert and a drink. This is my favorite CS so I hope that that hasn't changed?

We were able to use a SC there last August but I believe it was a mistake. We asked and didnt think the guy understood us ( it was the 2nd day of free dining) and he looked very confused the whole time. I know its not on there now. However.. you can use a CS there and get 2 pastries and a drink which we also did. Can you tell that I let DD pick where we ate? She went nuts on " junk food".

I was planning on SC for breakfast here a couple of days!
RATS!
I LOVE French pasteries...
Well, it will be the F&WF, so I may be able to work something out that way.

Many of us on the DDP have become Norwegian Bakery "converts" since the French bakery's policies re DDP snacks. You can get cream horns, school bread, sweet pretzels, all kinds of yummy stuff at the Norwegian bakery on the DDP.

We asked during our last visit if we were allowed to use snack credits there and received a very terse "no". However, many have reported using CS credits there...I believe one credit includes a sweet pastry, a savory pastry, and a regular sized drink. To me it just wasn't worth it.

We used a CS credit at the Boulangerie for two sweet pastries (a triple chocolate cake and a pastry shell filled with rum whipped cream) and a coffee (only regular coffee was included, no specialties). I know that dollar-wise it wasn't a very economical use for a snack credit, but that's what we wanted to try at the time, and had an extra CS to use. I paid OOP for an additional latte, and it was a huge disappointment because it still tasted like vending machine coffee with non-dairy creamer mixed in :crazy2: Ugh. The pastries were good, but not as good as the school bread in Norway :goodvibes
