I am RIDICULOUSLY pathetic. I am 26 days from our first visit to Wilderness Lodge. I have looked at, and drooled over, the photos of the place on AllEars.Net literally hundreds of times! I've Googled for more images. I need more! This is a disease, I tell you :rotfl:

Must....Have....More....Photos. I don't know what else to do with myself.

Anybody have any pics they want to show off? Post them here!

Oh I am so completely jealous ... I've wanted to stay at the WL ever since it opened and always thought it would be a beautiful place for a honeymoon... here I am about to get married and we're staying at the POFQ (which is very nice as well I'm sure!)

anyway.. have a great time in 26 days and take LOTS OF PICTURES! haha!

luna99, I did my honeymoon at POFQ and it was very nice. 8 years later and we're finally taking DD to WL. You will too!!

Aaaaah, thanks so much for the fix! You guys are great. We are not typically "deluxe" people - this is a rare, rare treat.

So appreciate you all taking the time to share your pics.:flower3:

Wilderness is our home DVC lodge.

My DF and I booked our honeymoon in Sep. 30-Oct 6, 2007 at the WL. We are in the honeymoon suites and I am very excited. But, I have heard mixed reviews about the balconies - that you can't sit there and enjoy the view. Any comments would be appreciated. I just want to make sure that I made the besy honeymoon choice.

Are you going to try to be a "Flag Family" one morning?

We are not yet, but my DF and I would like to be. I feel like it should go to someone with little kids not newlyweds. What do you think?

My thinking is, if noone requests it, then nobody does it. I say, better a couple with no kids than just having the Disney WL rangers raise them. And as far as the OP, seeing she doesn't typically stay Deluxe, why not take advantage of all the perks that come with it? Go for it, you might get lucky! ::MickeyMo

I definitely plan to ask! Thanks for the reminder. One of those things I never, never would have known about if not for you guys and the Dis!
