Hoping someone can help with more info. We have a 2BR for 10/9-10/14.

1. I thought there was a washer/drier in the unit - is this correct?

2. Can someone tell me about the kitchen - is it a full size, or a kitchenette? Refridgerator full-size?

3. We have an early Segway tour booked - 7:45am. We will be allowed to enter through the IG at that time? I have seen other people say that they have entered there for the 8:30, but wasn't sure about the 7:45.

4. If we have bought park passes elsewhere, but they are unused, we can have them added to our room keys at checkin - correct?

5. I understand that we will only have cleaning service one day. Where do we take our trash, and do they supply bags?

6. What has been your typical experience on bus waits from BC? Particularly, on an early entry morning to Magic Kingdom, what time would you recommend being at the bus stop in order to take full advantage of the extra hour? How about getting buses back at night? This is our first time on property, so the transportation thing is all new to us.

Thanks in advance for your help with these ???

Yes, there is a washer/dryer in the unit

2. Can someone tell me about the kitchen - is it a full size, or a kitchenette? Refridgerator full-size?
Full size kitchen with full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Fully stocked with service for 8 dishes and glasses, pots , pans, utensils

You will have no problem entering thru IG

4. If we have bought park passes elsewhere, but they are unused, we can have them added to our room keys at checkin - correct?
I'm not sure one this one, but I don't think so. Maybe someone else will know this one for sure

5. I understand that we will only have cleaning service one day. Where do we take our trash, and do they supply bags?
If you are using DVC points or have rented points, this is true. You will have a Trash & Towel service on Day 4. If you have purchased the reservation from Disney for real money from CRO, you will have regular housekeeping every day. There is a trash area on every floor and there are usually plenty of extra trash bags in the bottom of all the trash baskets in your room.

I've never used the bus service at BCV so I don't know this answer.

Thanks in advance for your help with these ???

Have a great time!

I believe that if you booked your accomodations through DVC, you can pay an extra $30 or $40 per. day for maid service.

When we stayed at the BCV in June, the wait in the morning for a bus wasn't bad at all. The returning trip back to the BCV (when the parks closed at night) were not the greatest. The buses were crowded and the wait was kind of long.

When we stayed at the BCV in Feb. we were very fortunate in that there was no wait at all in the morning for a bus or on our return trip back to the BCV when the parks closed.

I would suggest catching a bus about 40 minutes before the parks open in the a.m. on extra magic hour mornings.

Here's a picture of my husband in the kitchen. It might give you a better idea of it's size. :-)

You can request a dedicated 2 bedroom villa, rather than a studio add on. That way, the second bedroom is 2 queen (?) beds rather than 1 bed and a not-so-comfortable pull out couch. Totally worth requesting!

The dedicated two bedroom villa with two queen beds is reserved for members staying on points. There are only 25 of these. If you rented through CRO, you can only get the dedicated with the one queen and one double sleeper sofa in the second bedroom.

On your 4th day (with check in day as day 1), you will have your trash removed and your towels replaced. They will also refresh your shampoo, soap, etc that you had the day you arrived. They don't make the beds, vacuum for T&T service. If you desire additional T&T service, it costs $25 a day. If you want full cleaning, it costs $60 a day.

The washer and dryer are stackable units. In the photo that my_try posted, they're in a closet right behind that picture on the wall to the left of her husband.

Bus service is about the same as bus service at other resorts. Sometimes the BC and BCV will share buses with S/D/YC/BW/BWV. Other times, it will be just YC/BC/BCV.

Have a nice trip.
