Shampoo & Saop at ASMu

I am really sad. I just read that ASMu is no longer offering the little bottles of shampoo and soap any longer. They have installed shampoo and body wash dispensers in all of the showers. Now... I realize that this is not the reason you choose a resort, but... I have been reading about all of the new neat shampoos and soaps that are now in the Disney resorts. I am guessing ASMu is the only resort who does not offer these any longer.

Can some one please clarify this for me?

There were no dispensers in our shower when we were there mid-January.. we had bars of Mickey soap that our little ones thought were pretty cool.

Oops, I am sorry I originally typed AS Movies instead of Music. I meant to type AS Music.

We have stayed in the other values and always enjoy bringing home the extra little bottles of shampoo. We have even given them to my DM as souvenirs. I hope they still have them. Maybe I was reading something old as I was scouring websites just reading as much as I could.

Oh.. ok. Yes, I'm not sure about Music. We've only been to Movies.
I wouldn't be a fan of the dispensers, either.

They used to have the dispensers, then they did away with them. I hope they haven't brought them back. I'm sure someone has been there recently and can answer.

You are reading old news. They did away the dispensers at the All Stars in 2005.

I was in a refubished room in September and they had the bar soaps and bottled shampoo.

they put back the small bottles ..we were ther in mar, at allstar music..we had bottles,,and soaps,,we are goint to sports im may hope they have bottles the despnser are horrible

If I am not mistaken, Disney has done away with the Mickey bottles and replaced them with H2O porducts which are far superior, IMHO. The soap does have an imprint of Mickey and there is a small Mickey head on the bottles.
