Which DTD restaurant?

Before I call yet again and make change 6,000 to my ADRs, please help my pick a Downtown Disney restaurant for dinner on the day we are doing Kennedy Space Center. It will be me, DH, DSS 10 and DSD 6. I was looking at Planet Hollywood or Wolfgang Puck Cafe probably. I was only at Planet Hollywood once, long ago and was not particularly impressed. I am only considering WPC because I have heard they have sushi and DH would like that (PLEASE tell me if you can't get the sushi with the DDP). I have based a lot of my ADRs on ambiance not necessarily food but opinions on both would be appreciated. Thanks

Definitely do WPC, especially if you want sushi (don't know about DDP since my parents paid OOP). My family went to lunch there Sept 06 and it was awesome. I had the sushi special of the day and (being a sushi snob) it was some of the best I have ever had. Everyone else in our party loved everything they had, incuding our twin DD4's who each had the california roll kids meal (not a kernal of rice left on the plate). Of all our dining at disney this was probably the best meal we had (even better than the Brown Derby at Disney Studios). We also did WP Express by the bus stop/ferry landing at that was the best CS we had on our trip.
