Crystal Palace vs. Whispering Canyon for last night?

Any opinions??We want to leave our last day open to go back to favorites and with 2 DDs I suspect it will be MK.

We always spend our last vacation day at the Magic Kingdom. We just have to get one last fix before heading home. This includes a dinner at either the Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree Tavern. The Crystal Palace is our favorite. I would hate to leave the park for even one second.

My vote? Crystal Palace.

I wanted to read your post again. WCC is not convenient to get to if you don't have a car. Plus the boat ride to/from MK can be long. It took me 2hours and 15 minutes to get back from WCC to POP last year. It was painful!!!

Crystal Palace. It is really inconvenient to leave the park, go to WL, and then get back to wherever you car is. If your last park is MK (ours always is), you really should do what's easiest, and that would be CP. Also, we prefer the food there, too.

I would also choose Crystal Palace. The Pooh characters are just so cute and so much fun. And the buffet had lots of variety. If you're going to be in MK, you can't beat the location.

We did WCC dinner for our last meal on our trip to WDW last time...and LOVED it. I felt it was VERY easy to get to WL and back to POP. The boat ride to WL took about 15 min (we left when the park closed)...and we did have to wait about 15min for the boat to arrive.....other than that it was SIMPLE. Getting back to POP did take longer but after having such a great dinner the bus ride back was WELL worth it.

On our last trip we (me,DW, twin DD4) did WCC on an off park day and based on the changes that they have made to apparantly tone it down a bit I was disappointed, especially when I asked for a table "close to the action". There was no action really at all,the food was good, ambience OK, and it was just another meal. A nice visit to WL to check out the resort.

However when we went to CP just before MNSSHP three days later (9/29/2006). The CP ambience was great, as well as service, the characters were of course all laughs for the kids, and the food was one of the best meals we had.

If your in a park eat at the park and I would highly recommend Crystal Palace if your in the MK. Of course I would say we will be trying to get a ressie here each of our future visits to the MK.

We always have to eat at Tony's our last night because it's at the MK and it's our favorite park and we love ending our vacation there, so I'd pick the Crystal Palace!
