Ok Everybody. My fiance and I are getting married next May and this May we are going to Disney World:love: . I want to get my engagement photos done in the Magic Kingdom. So is there any way possible Disney could do this for me?

I think somebody else on these boards booked the Honeymoon Photo Session for their engagement photos. Here's the number I have for Disney Photography if you want to call and find out for sure: 407-827-1578.

Hope that helps. :goodvibes

Here's the info from the Disney Weddings website. I had my Engagement Photo's done at Epcot and we had such a great time that we will be doing another for our honeymoon (probably a different location this time though). Also, we got way more than our 20 photo's that it says but that may not be the case for everyone. And the photo album is beautiful!

Honeymoon / Engagement photographic session- $295
Includes:

* Guided tour of the Disney Theme Park of your choice to determine a photo location. (Includes Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom park, Epcot's World Showcase, Tower of Terror at the Disney-MGM Studios, or The Tree of Life in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park)
* Twenty (20) 4x6 prints
* A beautiful white leather-bound album

(These sessions will be scheduled from park opening until 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Session does not include admission to the park. Casual attire and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.)

Also wanted to add that the park will be open to the public when you get the photo session done if you choose MK.

I thought the photo session would be way more... Thats not a bad price

Epcot around the world would be a great idea.What did you wear?

i think that is an excellent price!! i am cinsidering that now!

but it is a good question what do you wear?? can yu change outfits?

That's really a great deal! Especially since I just contacted a friend who is a photographer about doing some family portraits and she charges almost $200 with only one 8x10 included -- and its not at Disney! ;)

I wish I had planned a better outfit. I was so upset with myself that I put off deciding what to wear for so long and then was kind of just grabbing things and packing them at the last minute. I had packed so many cooler weather clothes (we went end of November-beginning of December) because our trip in December 2005 it was SO cold! We get there and it was pretty hot the whole week. Also we were going to another park after our photo shoot so I dressed comfortably in jeans and a polo shirt. That's my only regret is that I had planned a better outfit but we still had a great time! We went all over World Showcase and had the best photographer, Brian. Here's a link to my photo's if you want to check them out: (BTW I got all of the photo's that are shown on the site which I was very excited about)

**Also another thing I wish I had thought of was wearing something nice, packing a bag with comfy clothes to change back into afterwards, and changing after the photo shoot.

the only suggestion I would make (as I didn't do the engagement session)...is when you are scheduling the session...ask if you can pre-purchase your proofs.

The proofs are actual prints of nearly all (they'll take out the ones where someones eyes are closed) of the pics they take. It might be a more "inexpensive" way to get at least one print of all the pics, plus the 20 in the album.

I just wanted to mention that, like NeverlandClub 23, we received a copy of all our prints that were on the website - 20 in an album, the rest loose. We didn't have to purchase them, they just sent them. Perhaps this is the norm for Honeymoon/Engagement shoots?
