Has anyone used Liberty VA Airlines (http://www.spiritair.com ). If so how was it??? and how do I book a flight? How was the price?

I want to fly down this (I don't fly) and I heard about Liberty Airlines. I think its a small company (I don't think I could do the crowded airlines (jet blue, etc))... I'll be comming from NY/NJ.

If there is anothor smaller airline out their that goes from NY/NJ to Orlando please let me know.

I LOVED (never thought I'll ever would have said that) my first WDW vaca that I'm plainning my SECOND trip to WDW... and starting to make the plans now.

It looks like they might be a charter. Yuo'll still be flying in and out of the same busy airports, and they will probably have flights that are just as full as a commercial carrier. ETA: Now that I'm thinking about it, this company doesn't even exist in real life. I think I read or saw something about them on the news--it's like Fantasy Football for wanna-be airline employees.

The HUGE disadvantage is that with only two flights a day, if you miss one or if they cancel one, you're screwed. I'll put money on it that they don't have a reciprocal agreement with any of the major carriers to handle bumped or cancelled passengers.

Have you looked into Spirit out of Atlantic City?

Ha Ha!! :cool1:

Take a look at that website closely. Its not a real airline, it is a Virtual Airline (Like those posted in my sig) for use with Microsoft Flight Simulator! VA stands for Virtual Airlines...

At the bottom of the page....
