You never know. I've seen them cooking wursts over open coals at the Christmas markets...
I've never been to. a Christmas Market, but I believe you.
Stunned... that we hadn't heard of it, you mean?
Stunned that Epcot was promoting it as a big German delicacy since it was really regional, to where they didn't know, but not common at all.
Woot!
Way to go Michael for keeping her from her nap!
I don't think anything like that was happening....
Like this shot with the stream and the walkway curving together.
That's why I took it! Artsy fartsy.
This shot slightly less blurry than the last.
On several levels.
I hadn't thought of that! Of course!
Yeah, so many new ways of getting places!
It's relatively new. It's in the space where Mizner's used to be, and the big band used to play.
Not my idea of a fun evening.
You don't have to drink Rum! There's plenty of other options out there!
Really like this shot of all the drinks.
We got fancy with that one cause some of us were still sober!
I know I haven't been there.
It's a cool place. Lots if great appetizers!
Forgot to mention... I ordered one a couple years ago and the manager had to come out to see who would order it. He hadn't seen one in a long time.
Yeah, both restaurants had it on their printed menus.
I'm surprised you didn't!
Jill and I were splitting everything and soup is not a good one to split with someone with whom you are not swapping spit.
Sure. Might as well have someone who actually crawls along, too.
Not at all necessary.
Terrific.
That's F.U.N. aunt...
F'd Up Nut.
Yup.
Good timing for the outside.
I do prefer the inside, if for nothing else the AC and glass/ceramic glasses.
I apologized at the beginning, and you could have opted for other options, everywhere had drinks with Vodka, Tequila, Whisky, Gin, and wine!
I've never been to Trader Sam's (inside or out) at all at WDW.
It's a nice change from the local one for me.
Oh! Nice of her to say that. Good timing on your parts!
Yes, this is the one thing that gave sitting outside the edge for this evening, but in the future, I'd rather be inside.
More rum.
I've heard of that... DISer on here who really loves them.
I'm not surprised. I'm sure they're good. Jill and I just don't have that large of stomachs, and we were still full from the crab cakes and onion rings.
I think they may have looked into it when they got home, but not really. It wasn't their thing. This trip was a last minute thing booked just a couple months before.
DVC is for planners, not people who travel on the spur of the moment. Heck, I've got my DVC trips planned through October of 2025.
So... I've wanted to try that bread pudding, but...
Quitters!
...but... that doesn't look that great, and...
...and...
coconut?!?!?
Yeah, when I get home, I'll have to look through my past pictures. I don't remember it ever having coconut on it, and it was way more "bread puddingy". That just looks like a piece of cake.
You're work here is complete!
