I'm going today, and it's seriously the highlight of my day.

What's Zumba?

Zumba is like...an aerobic dance workout.
It is my favorite exercise.

Zumba combines Latin and international music in dance routines featuring aerobic and fitness interval training done to a combination of fast and slow rhythm. I'm so excited my gym does zumba classes. Me and a group of friends go every Monday.
