Zhu Zhu pet / Kung Zhu pet question

I've searched all over the internet trying to find the answer to this question. Hopefully, someone here can help me out! Do the regular Zhu Zhu pets work with the Kung Zhu playsets? Can you attach the regular Zhu Zhu pet "house" to the battle arena? Can you use the regular Zhu Zhu pets in the battle arena? Or, do I have to buy the actual Kung Zhu pets to use with the battle arena? DS really wants the Kung Zhu battle arena for Christmas. He already has a couple of the regular Zhu Zhu pets, so I don't want to have to buy the Kung Zhu pets if I can help it!

Yes, they work together. DD has the regular zhu zhu pets, ds has the King Zhu. They attach the rooms together and the animals go everywhere.

I was wondering this same thing, so thank you! Also though, dd was saying something about having to have the Kung Zu "armor" to make them do certain tricks or learn to do the Kung Zu stuff? So can you just buy the armor packs and put them on a regular Zu Zu and will they do the same stuff as a Kung Zu then?
