Yummy Shake recipe

    right now i'm on a diet and one recipe that is yummy and healthy i hope you guys like

    take some of your favorite fruit (some of the fruit i use are; mangos, payas, bannas, strawberries)

    this shake/smoothie is made for two

    *16 oz milk (low fat)

    *pick one;
    1 mango
    1/2 paya
    2 bannas
    about 5 strawberries ...ect

    * 2 tablespoons of artificial sweetner your choice brand (give or take depends on how sweet the fruit is)

    * about 1 & 1/2 to 2 cups of ice (cubed) depends how you like your smoothie/shake

    you mix all these ingredients together in a blender serve them two cups,
    added note this recipe makes a large cup size you can have it in the summer as breakfast on the run, or as a mid luch snack.
