Hi everyone and welcome to our trip report!
Our title (and also the title of our pre-trip report) comes from our cast and the costumes we wore to the Halloween party.
We had an amazing trip in October!! We spent 7 nights and 8 days from October 19 - 26 in the World at Pop Century. You can read our (ahem, unfinished) pre-trip report here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2796928
This is us:
I'm Ashley, on the left. I turned 24 two days before we left for Disney. I live in NYC, work in theatre and, obviously, love anything Disney. My favorite character is Belle and I love anything that could possibly be considered a thrill ride. My favorite rides are Everest, Space Mountain, Peter Pan's Flight, and Toy Story Mania. My favorite park is Magic Kingdom closely followed by Hollywood Studios.
In the middle is Courtney, 25 at time of trip (now 26). Courtney works for the Disney Store in Texas and saved us a bunch of money on this trip.
Courtney is absolutely obsessed with anything Splash Mountain and was by far looking forward to that the most. Her favorite park is Hollywood Studios.
On the right is Gretchen, 29 at time of trip (now 30). Gretchen is a special ed teacher in NYC. Her favorite characters are Alice and Wendy. We are always required to meet Alice several times throughout a trip.
Her favorite park is Magic Kingdom.
We all love thrill rides and tour the same way - we are pretty much game for anything anyone wants to do and get up at 6 to get to the parks and stay there until midnight. This was our third "sort-of" annual girls' trip, and the best trip EVER. We did a bunch of stuff we had never done before, saw our favorite shows, rode our favorite rides, and had some magical moments thrown in for good measure.
Other title considered for this trip report: "There Doesn't Seem to Be Any Mickey"
Join us as we relive our best girls' trip ever!!
