Hi,
I just came back from Universal Studios on the 27th, and finally have time to talk about Your ride.
Brian was our driver and he was the most polite person I have met in a long time(i'm from NYC, LOL).
Anyway, we are a family of 5, my sis her 2 sons, my son and myself. We had a van instead of the town car and a grocery stop. Brian was waiting there with the BRIGHT pink sign right at baggage claim. He (Brian) helped us with our luggage and was very informative and friendly. The van was clean inside and out.
I highly recommend YOURRIDE and Brian as your driver! I can't wait to book the next trip for Easter Break next year!
BTW, this was my first time flying JETBLUE and I have decided I will never(if I can help it) fly another airline again. There were not enough channels to surf but the kids loved it and it was comfortable. The landing and take off where stellar. That comes from my sister who never flew before and Jetblue put her at ease. Now she has the fever! LOL.
