Has anybody used them like this week.....
We have Yourride booked for October cruise ..
BUT THE WORD FROM THE STREETS IS THAT THEY R HAVING MONEY TROUBLES AND THE VANS HAVE BEEN REPOSED....
WE JUST GOT HOME FROM WALT DISNEY WORLD AND WAS GIVEN THIS INFO BYE 2 DIFFERENT DRIVER THAT WE HAD .....


ANYBODY KNOW ANY MORE ????

did you check the Transportation boards??

perhaps when Barb & Tony get back, they may have heard some gossip from Happy Limo??
 
I just used Your ride and Thom the owner was our driver 2 weeks ago!!! He was on time, friendly and very helpful.

In fact he said the opposite. He picked us up at the MCO airport Hyatt on a Thursday and on Friday he was driving a family to WDW and was broadsided by a SUV and it destroyed his towncar. He picked us up in a cadillac instead. Luckily he and the family were not hurt and in fact he was touched bc the family insisted on paying him even after the awful crash!!!

He said he was waiting on the insurance adjuster and was planning on buying a new cadillac with a bigger trunk. He also followed up our cruise with a thank you e-mail.

If you have concerns I would e-mail him but I think that is mis-information.

I just got off the Magic on Sat :( We were a party of 6 - I used Yourride.net. Jim picked us up both ways. They showed up on time and best of all the ended up surprising us with a limo both ways. We had 4 kids with us and they loved it. I don’t know why we got a limo but I was happy that we got one. I would use them again. Jim did not say anything about there being problems. I did call the day before to confirm everything with them.
 

I don't know if they are having money problems but I do believe that they have communication problems. I tried to book a one way ride with them from the Port to MCO using there reservation page on the internet. I never received a confirmation from them. I recently emailed them again and have yet heard anything from them. I think that we may just book with someone else.

Hey Peter... Just my thoughts, but sounds like the drivers you spoke with may be sabotaging Yourride?? maybe disgruntled drivers getting back at Yourride by spreading rumors in hopes of getting clients to switch companies.
 
W used yourride this May. Service was fine with the exception that the driver did not stop at the grocery store we wanted and he stopped at two other convenience stores looking for the baby food we need. He finally agreed to stop at the grocery store across from Ron Jon so we could get the baby food.
