I have just come back from Disney and i just wanted to tell you all how Brilliant Yourride was. Rabbit was so kind and really helpfull. The vechicles were lovley and my what a brilliant price ....they must be the cheapest.
Thanks to all who recomended them to me

One thig I must add though is i did have a very bad experiance with Atlantis Limo at the Airport........

Before i left home (in England) i contacted 4 different companies to compare prices of Transport..one was Atlantis.

Having got all the quotes i decided to go with yourride.
Well when i arrived at the airport Rabbit and Atlantis were there!!
I was very surprised as i had only asked for a QUOTE from Atlantis.
The young man (i will not call him a gentleman) from Atlantis was not too happy but went off when i explained the situation.
Too my surprise 5 min later he can back to me saying he had the limo...i explained again that i had made a contract with Yourride and that was final.(he left us again)
Too my horror he returned stating that i was going to have to pay him the money..... I explained the situation AGAIN and told him NO Way was i going to pay for a quote!!!!!!!!!
I then called his office to be told that the E-mail quote i had recieved from them had been by booking confirmation.....and if they had my credit card details they would have charged me.
I then explained that i had not given my card details "AS I HAD ONLY ASKED FOR A QUOTE" at which point the phone line went dead...I wonder why!!!

Well you live and learn!!!! I had not given them my credit card number so they could not charge me...but i do think this is a very poor way of doing business. Surley a quote is not a reservation?
Well this was my experiance...i hope it is a one off!!!

Thanks for letting us know how Rabbit came through again... I'm using Yourride in November and can't wait to meet them, hopefully Rabbit will be our driver also.... I have recommended Yourride over and over anytime someone asks about Limo service... that's how impressed I have been with his service so far.

Glad to hear everything worked out. Our grp. will be using
'Yourride' in Dec also. Have been very impressed with timely
correspondence from Rabbit w/details spelled out. It takes
a load off our mind.

We had a similar experience but it was with Tiffany. I had originally booked with them but after some horror stories I cancelled Tiffany and booked Yourride. I had gotten a confirmation of the cancellation from Tiffany but when we got to the airport Rabbitz was waiting for us at the top of the escalator. He had spotted the Tiffany driver with a sign with our name and wanted to make sure what was going on. The other driver did not give us a hard time and did not ask for payment but I had actually gotten a confirmation of the cancellation from Tiffany.

I am glad you answered that as i had no idea about vehicles!!!

Oh and one other thing i had NOT made a booking with Atlantis so i did not need to cancel them. It was only a request from them to quote me on my travel to and from the Poly.

Hey Rabbit, can you request the Excursion instead of a van? My group has 3 people coming in one day, 2 more a few days later and all going back to the airport at the same time. We'd like something other than the industrial van. The van seems a bit much for just 5 people anyway.

We are also using Yourride on our upcoming Christmas trip. Our itinirary is a bit tricky. We are going from MCO to AS Music for our first night before transfering our luggage the next morning and checking into WL. Then we are being picked up at WL to go to Universals RPH and from there back to MCO. Rabbit confirmed our trip and I otherwise would be nervous about the schedule if he hadn't come so highly recomended.

Based on the glowing recommendations of these boards, I just got off the phone from booking my ride to and from the airport with Yourride. We've always used Tiffany, and been very pleased with them, but you all make Yourride sound really great, so we are going to give them a try. Less than a month to go, I can't wait.

If you like you can Request any vehicle that you would like to ride in. I try not to put 5 in a Lincoln Town Car because it's a little tight! 7 can ride in the New Ford Excursion. But I don't know about the luggage for 7!! And then we have our really nice Ford Vans. And don't forget about our Stretch Limo..I hope I answer you Questions..Rabbit

Do you charge more for the stretch limo? How many can fit with luggage? What kind of price for a goup of 10 going to 3 different WDW resorts one way, including the grocery stop? Can you accomadate us? Thanks

Rabbit, when you drop people off at their destination, can you accept payment with CC at that time? Also, do you give out receipts? And, for a RT, do you take the entire cost of the service at once (I assume so)?

I started this post about a week ago!!!! LOL

Californiadreaming I paid in cash and i paid up front, i did not have a recipt (only cus i didn't think of it) BUT ...you really have no worries with Rabbit.
He is the nicest person you could meet and a very very good businesman!!
He runs his busines on his good name.

I understand your thinking ...I felt the same way about it but believe me...you have no problem with Yourride....,.not like some i could mention....(see first post)
