So Doc originally decided we should do a 2 TS restaurant this time around.

We originally decided on Narcoossees. The menu looked very good and it has a great view of the water pageant and the MK fireworks.

Last night we were at the world famous UNM basketball arena...The Pit...watching some first round Womens NCAA action. Doc pulls out the dining spreadsheet. She then asks if instead of Narcoossees if instead I wanted to do either the Hoop Dee Doo Revue or the Polynesian Luau.

So we ask Happy and Grumpy. Happy wants to do the Luau and Grumpy wants to do HDDR even though we did it in 85 and 99. Of course I don't remember much of the 85 trip except riding BTMRR and I opted not to go in the 99 trip.

Doc wants to do HDDR and I like the idea of the Luau. So we are split on what to do.

So I thought I would poll my lovely readers and get your input.

I came over just to vote and I picked HDDR. We had soooooo much fun last Sept when we went! (We got tier 1 @ 9:30 with the DDP--it was less than 1/2 full but still a great show and lots of attention from the performers) I understand your quandry, though. We have had ressies for Narcoossee's for the last 2 trips and always end up cancelling for something else (never disappointed with Artist Point or Jiko, but always disappoited we haven't done Narcoossee's yet). I am no help, huh? Here's hoping for free dining announcement in the next week or two.

Remember we are on the DDP. Only thing OOP will be booze and tip and maybe a couple appetizers.

I am definately rooting for the Revue. From what I have heard people have a great time there. And some beer and wine is included in the cost so...SCORE...on the front.

I voted for the Luau. But I seem to be out voted! Whats new huh?
We did Hoop Dee Do in May 05. and loved it..I made the ADRS early and that got us in the front row right up against the stage! They do it differantly now. I think you pay more to be up front?
The food was really,really good, the servers are fun also, all you can eat, and all you can drink Sangria and beer. I`ll see if I can dig up some pictures...

I wish I could vote here but I seem to be in the same delima so I will be paying close attention to your vote. I may even have a vote on my next PTR to figure out the same.

So we got to talking last night at the Pitt/Baylor game in The Pit and we decided on HDDR, Cat 2 Seating at I believe the 7:15 show. My dad was a bit disappointed you can't get Cat 1 seating on the DDP unless it's the late show. And we did not want to wait till 9:30 to eat.

So dining is now figured out for the most part. I know for Doc and myself we are eating at Mama Melrose, Crystal Palace, Kona for dinner one night and breakfast one morning, Chefs de France, Biergarten with Happy and Grumpy and HDDR with Happy and Grumpy as well.

Happy and Grumpy are doing some of their own dining, for example when we are dining at Chefs de France they will be dining at The Rose and Crown. I also know one night they are going to do either Artist Point or Whispering Canyon, whichever they can get into. I think they were also going to do Mama Melrose but on a different night. I don't have the spreadsheet on me but will post later when I have it in my hot little hands.

Yeah...we are going for the sangria. I did see they have merlot on the menu. I wonder if the server will let me sample the wines so I can write a review...or at least see the bottle?
