I have to share this with all of you because no one else will get it...

I was up and at the computer to try and make online ADRs this morning and couldn't. At exactly 7:00 I call Disney Dining. I am on hold for 55 minutes. In that time, I ate breakfast, brushed my teeth, made and packed lunch, got the boys in the car, drove to day care and dropped them off, drove to the commuter rail, paid for parking, boarded the train, paid the conductor for my ticket... the entire time with a phone pressed to my ear listening to the disney music. FINALE a person answered. I made my first reservation (for Boma) asked about my second reservation (for Sci Fi) and she said she had what I wanted.... then my call was dropped and I was disconnected!!!!! I literally wanted to cry. I tried calling again and again and there was just an "all circuits are busy" message. When I got to work I called DVC member services (I had about a 5 minute wait) and they me get everything I wanted, so the story has a happy ending... but it was NOT a good way to start the day.

I agree - last week I ended up after getting my biggies (but still having to call daily to add my split ressie days that were over my 90 plus 10) later in the day when there were no long waits.

That happens to me all the time. I figure if you go to Disney enough being on hold forever and the dropped calls will happen.

After a while though the on-hold Disney music gets to me even though I love Disney so much.
