Your Wish for the World

My sister and I were talking last night (again - you should see my phone bill ) and got into a conversation about if you had one wish to use to try to make the world a better place what would it be??

Mine was.... That it be impossible for a woman to get pregnant before 18, and then only if both partners really want a child.

Hers was.... That people who purposely hurt children be physically marked (preferably on the forehead) sort of a "scarlet letter".


So what would be yours??

That all children have a loving family and safe home to grow up in.

My wish is that they could catch and put away every single person associated with the Taliban, Alquida (sp?), so we could all not fear any longer. I think of all the families associated closely with 9-11 and how their lives have changed forever. Just let us live in peace.

That no one, anywhere, would hurt someone else. There is too much pain in this world

That evry child in the world would be wanted, happy, healthy and loved.


That is how I end my prayers every night.

I still have Faith that we can somehow make it happen.

My wish is that there were no diseases that would take our loved ones away far too early in their life.
