Rabbit met my group as we came off the escalator and helped us with our luggage. He is a wonderfully nice gentleman along with Jim who we had on our return. I will be sending in my request to use them for my upcoming December trip. Oh and Rabbit did call the night before my return home to confirm the time of pickup (i recall seeing something about that before my trip).
