Your recommendations re: Plan B for Epcot

Please, a little advice for those of us getting stiffed due to the Teppanyaki renovation extending into September...

What would be your 2nd choice, and why? For purposes of this thread, assume that LeCellier was completely booked long ago and is unavailable. Also please assume that it's a DDP restaurant.

ETA: Oops, I left out Marrakesh. If you'd choose that restaurant, please vote "other TS restaurant" and let us know in your comments.

well what i will tell you it is limited. I was on the phone to get a new one for 9/2 and the choices were morroco, china, germany(i have already) and mexico. lunch for garden grill. I really would have wanted (lets all laugh now) canada, coral reef, italy. I have picky eaters and I eat chinese often so I took garden grill.

Not much left when I called. I tool San Angel at 4:30pm. This was for 9/1.

Already have Le Cellier and Coral Reef for later in the week.

I would walk over to one of the Boardwalk/Y&BC resorts if what bell is saying is accurate

I agree with previous poster availabilty is going to be hard. Due to date changes we had to change ADRs. I could not get LeCellier at all, and Coral Reef we had to take as a lunch. We are trying Nine Dragons for the first time this trip. So we can make our own decision on how it is.

I also would consider Spoodles at the Boardwalk as a good back up plan.

We were going to eat at Teppan Edo on Sunday 8/26 and eat CS while waiting for Fantasmic on Tuesday 8/28. We've decided we're going to eat CS at Sunshine Seasons for dinner on Sunday 8/26 and have a late dinner Tuesday 8/28 at Spoodles after the 8:00 Fantasmic. It's not perfect, but we enjoyed a late dinner at Spoodles on our last vacation and hope this one's good, too.

I can only comment on Garden Grill. We loved it last time we were in Epcot!!! This year we are skipping it to try new places. I am gonna miss it so much though
