Just when I think I have a solid list for our ADRs, I read reviews that mention a restaurant that I haven't heard of. So help us out.

Background: We're on the DxDDP and will be sacrificing a TS/CS credit a day so we can do 3 Singnature Dining Restaurants. We'll be at Disney for 8 days, 7 nights. DFI is a chef and I just love food. In case you need this, we'll be staying at the Poly, we have park hoppers, and we'll be on our honeymoon.

Questions:
What are 3 must do signature restaurants?
Name the best restaurant for the following foods (It's okay if you have already mentioned them in the signature restaurants question)?
Steak - We rarely get a T-Bone. We both love sirloins and DFI also loves NY Strips
Seafood - The more variety the better. Especially great lobster and crablegs.

If you are on DDP, best steaks (non filet) will be at the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club resort. They do have ribeye, NY, filets, etc. I like a NY and I like it very rare. They accommodate me very nicely here.

Best seafood is at Flying Fish. However, if you are looking for lobster, that would be Narcoosees. I'm not a huge fan of Narcoosees; I don't think their menu is that outstanding and the place is generally very noisy and not all that upscale but that's my opinion and most on these boards think it's great. Flying Fish has a much better selection but whole Maine lobster isn't on the menu.

However, my favorite signature that is available on the DDP is JIKO at the AKL. JIKO is more adult than any other of the signatures (subdued lighting, generally a lot less large/noisy groups or tables with children). It has an interesting selection of appetizers that are made with spices from Africa. They also have some very good entrees although they are not as unusual as the appetizers.

Others may suggest Artist Pointe also because their 2 specialties are a buffalo steak and the cedar planked salmon. It's a nice enough place to eat in a beautiful setting. If either of these dishes interest you, you might want to try it.

Another vote for Jiko. It is fabulous. I also am one here that really likes Narcoossee's.
